Terms and Conditions

All online services offered by Fintech Systems are subject to the terms and conditions listed below: Payment:

1. Payment

Fintech Systems begins work on a project after receiving payment in advance. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the client pays the balance upon completion of the project. The service is put into operation once all payments have cleared.

2. Extra offerings

Extra services are charged for either on an hourly basis or on a pay for service basis. The correspondent cost is added to the client's invoice and they are billed proportionally if they need extra services.

3. Postponements

Project completion delays can be caused by the following: - Payment delays; - Client requests for additional project modifications to the design, structure, or content; - Purchase of project-related services by the client; - Late delivery of materials from the client; - Time estimates are only estimates and are subject to change at any time at Fintech Systems' discretion. Fintech Systems may choose to halt a project at any moment and without explanation.

4. Confidentiality

Information that is disclosed to the other party by one party in any format shall be considered confidential information. This includes information that is disclosed by third parties at the request of the disclosing party and that is marked as confidential within 15 days of disclosure. Other types of information that fall into this category include specifications, analyses, designs, drawings, data, computer programs, business plans, software, documents, and Technical.
Confidential Information will not, however, include any information that is or was publicly known or enters the public domain; (ii) is received by the Receiving Party from a third party without violating this Agreement; (iii) was already in the Receiving Party's possession, without confidentiality restrictions, at the time of disclosure by the Disclosing Party; (iv) is permitted for disclosure by the Disclosing Party in writing; (v) is independently developed by the Receiving Party without using Confidential Information; (vi) is required to be disclosed by the Receiving Party in accordance with any order or requirement from a court, administrative Unless otherwise specified in writing, the Receiving Party agrees not to utilize any Confidential Information for any purpose other than conducting business with the Disclosing Party.
